Introduction to Waterjet Cutting

A high-pressure water jet is used in waterjet cutting as the cutting tool. A computer controls the process by following a CAD model that has already been uploaded. Due to the heat generated, waterjet cutting technique does not change the structure of the materials the way laser or plasma cutting does. The cut routes have clean edges as a result, and polishing is frequently unnecessary.

Tolerances

Depending on the size, most CNC waterjet cutters have a typical tolerance level that runs from 0.05 to 0.1 mm. Tolerance levels can be changed to meet the needs of our customers.

What we do?

Due to the limits of conventional profile cutting equipment, demand for our Melbourne-based waterjet cutting service is rising. High-grade garnet and cold water are combined by the water jet machine at a pressure of 55000 psi to produce an erosion cutting process that is incredibly quick, accurate, and wide. A waterjet machine has an edge over plasma and laser profile cutting devices when it comes to cold cutting. Aluminum, Copper, Brass, Stainless / Mild Steel, Glass, Stone Ceramics, Granite, Marble, and Porcelain are among the materials that benefit from cold cutting.

We provide extremely precise CNC waterjet cutting services for both soft materials and sheet metals including copper, steel, and aluminum. We provide on-demand production and can create both small and big batches of parts, we have access to the most cutting-edge CNC waterjet cutter on the market. This enables the quick and cost-effective delivery of produced components throughout Melbourne.
